Practical strategies for integrating documentation with MDS accuracy, survey preparedness, and quality assurance initiatives will be highlighted.

Objectives:
Identify key regulatory standards that guide dietary documentation including F692 and F800
Describe best practices for documenting resident preferences, nutritional intake & care plans
Recognize common documentation errors that lead to deficiencies and citations
Integrate dietary documentation practices into interdisciplinary communication and survey readiness
Apply structured tools and checklists to strengthen compliance and support ongoing monitoring.
