Participants will explore root causes, high-risk populations, environmental and clinical interventions, and regulatory expectations. The session emphasizes interdisciplinary teamwork, person-centered care, and practical tools to implement fall prevention strategies effectively.

Objectives:

• Participants will be able to identify common causes and risk factors for falls in nursing home residents.
